Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, performed, and volunteered at PDX Pop Now!‘s 5th annual Make It Pop! benefit event on May 9. With amazing performances by Ezza Rose, Kelli Schaefer, Grandparents, and Monarques, and reflections from founder Cary Clarke and former board members Nick Johnson and Benna Gottfried, we were all reminded of the significance of PDX Pop Now!’s efforts to increase participation in Portland music.
